Comment by Tippy on April 11, 2009 at 11:23am - It tastes better than chicken green curry I have at Thai restaurants. Chicken has more flavor when I sitr-fry chicken before adding curry. At restaurants, chicken seems to be too soft. Thanks for suggestion.
