Comment by Thomas Park on March 2, 2009 at 5:11pm - I made the same thing last night with fresh cilantro and shrimp too! But I didn't use red peppers. I just thawed the shrimp out quickly, removed the tails and presto! I'll have to make a video and upload it next time!
