I bought the Pad Thai kit which was great because just about everything you needed was there except for the fresh items. However, I had trouble with the softening of the noodles. I placed a package in hot water and let them sit there for at least 30 minutes. They were not soft at all. So I decided I must boil these a little. WRONG!!!! They were to soft then. It really took away from the taste. My question is how long do you leave them in water before they are ready and how soft should they be? Thank you for sharing your video's.

I figured that out all by myself..................Anyhow, I loved your video, the dish looks wonderful. Made me hungry while watching it and I am going to make this dish. I love Curry Simple, they made my life much easier.

Although not said, the tofu went back into the dish... And yes obviously I did mean green onions not green peppers...

Well ... what did you end up doing with the tofu? And... didn't you mean green onions rather than green peppers instead of scallions?

That looks good and pretty easy, I think the Pad Thai is the only product I have not tried yet. I'll try to recreate this after my next order.

This couldn't have been any easier. It was every bit as good as it is at my favorite local Thai restaurant - and a fraction of the cost.
