Rice Noodles are no longer my arch enemy!

Well I finally figured out what my issue with those little buggers was, I've been boiling them too long. I shouldn't be boiling them, I should boil some water and then pour it over the noodles, then drain when they are just about to get soft. You still want them firm, otherwise they get sticky which was my main problem.

I found the solution on the CurrySimple main site from of the submitted videos! Also a reason why i decided to join ilovecurrysimple.com.
