Received a bottle of the Thai Tea mix as a gift and am loving it. I typically don't like thai tea in restaurants because it is sickly sweet, but when making it at home I can control the sweetness much easier and I love it.

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy all the curry sauces. After a long day at work, it's so easy to prepare a delicious, quick, healthy, (did I mention DELICIOUS?) stir fry meal. I've tried all the CurrySimple curry sauces and enjoy them all, but because I love 'heat', the Red Curry is my favorite.
PS ...I'm truly addicted to the Tai Ice Tea Syrup. It's simply delicious and so refreshing! Jo Ann

After I received my first shipment of CurrySimple, I reviewed the menu from my favorite Thai restaurant and realized that most of the dishes on the menu could be recreated easily with CurrySimple. One of my favorites is a dish they called Princess Favorite Chicken, which is chicken, carrots, broccoli, and cashew nuts in a yellow curry. I had just eaten this dish at the restaurant a few days before, so it was easy to tell that I had "nailed" the dish when I made it at home using the CurrySimple y…

Well I finally figured out what my issue with those little buggers was, I've been boiling them too long. I shouldn't be boiling them, I should boil some water and then pour it over the noodles, then drain when they are just about to get soft. You still want them firm, otherwise they get sticky which was my main problem.
I found the solution on the CurrySimple main site from of the submitted videos! Also a reason why i decided to join ilovecurrysimple.com.
Thanks!

I am a full-time line-cook and baker here in Prescott, AZ. I love cooking with fresh fruits and found a Tropical Chicken Salad recipe that was a hit at work. The spices and fruits in the recipe are curry, pineapple, banana, and coconut. I can't wait to try some of the products from currysimple!

I tried the Massaman sauted some RockFish, then the last 2 minutes of cooking, added the Massaman, let it cook, place it over Rice. I sauted some Red, Orange and Yellow pepper, and placed them on top of the fish, EXCELLENT.. I'll be shooting a video of this one, this is a keeper...

A lot of people are taking to
cooking at home in their quest to get well balanced, tasty and nutritious meals. However, as a result of too much reliance on takeouts, supermarket frozen dinners and all kinds of meats, we are used to diets that are unhealthy and fattening. Most of us who are non-vegetarians shy away from vegetables and fruits while stuffing ourselves with sugary and fatty food. However, nutritionists and doctors have declared that it is…

So after buying several pouches of CS curry sauce at Whole Foods, I decided to go ahead and take the plunge and order online. Let me tell you ordering in bulk really paid off using the promotions that are availible. Remember, on your first order you can use a code for a 10% discount and then ALSO shipping is free if you order over $100 worth of product. Yeah, I loved this stuff enough to order that much.
The shelf life of the stuff I ordered ranged from 8 to 13 mo. Something else that is great:…

I recently ordered Thai tea (which I might add was and still is delicious) and along with my order I received a pack of currysimple thai sauce in the yellow pack (forgot the name). Anyway, I decided to make beefstew and instead of using the flavored beefstew packs, I used the yellow curry. It was the best stew I have made yet. I used beef cubes, shrimp, red potato, onions and green peppers, and of coruse the curry pack. I called it curried beef & shrimp stew. I put everything in my crock pot…

CurrySimple is a product line of restaurant quality Thai sauces that are easy to prepare at home. The concept of CurrySimple began while Michael Moran spent several years working in a Thai restaurant and listening to customer complaints about the difficulty of cooking Thai food at home. With a little research Michael discovered the difficulty was in the sauce. Thai sauces were readily available in the marketplace but were not designed to mimic the taste a…

Well I have spent countless hours (usually 7am - 2am) working on getting iLoveCurrySimple launched. It is live and running!
The concept of the site if to allow people to easily create content around CurrySimple. This includes adding photos, cooking videos, creating dinner parties (our Events application is just like E-Vite) and invite others to join the site. The really fun feature is that you are rewarded points for doing just about everything. You can redeem the points for some CurrySimple fr…
