I added some mushrooms, sliced tomatoes and a little half and half, served it over rice noodles with some garlic chili sauce on the side and wow it really rocked. Thanks for the recipe.
It tastes better than chicken green curry I have at Thai restaurants. Chicken has more flavor when I sitr-fry chicken before adding curry. At restaurants, chicken seems to be too soft. Thanks for suggestion.
