Heres what you'll need
1 Packet Curry Simple Green Curry sauce
1 1/2 lb chicken thighs cut into squares
2 Sliced Carrots
4 Cubed Tomatillos (I know its mexican but hey its friggin delish)
1 Small pack Kanom Jeen noodles
4 chopped thai Chilis
Lets make it happen now...
In a seperate boiler cook noodles for only 3-4 minutes, remove from water and add to ice bath. Drain and set noodles to the side... Got it? Cook chicken until almost done in a medium fry pan, add sliced carrot and tomotillos stiring frequently, then immediately add Curry Simple green curry sauce to pan. reduce heat and let simmer for appx 5 min, Add Thai chilis to dont be conservative with them, I did say Rocket Hot! Ladle over noodles and serve!
