Hello Curry simple fans, Came across a great traditional recipe that wifey made the other day, doesnt involve curry, but... Damn it was good, so... Had to share!

Ok What you'll need

6 soft boiled eggs
1 pack square firm pre fried tofu
2/3 lb chicken thighs bone in or 1 lb pork belly
1 teaspoon chinese five spice flavoring
2 tablespoons of palm sugar
1 tablespoon of Ovaltine (yes I said Ovaltine)
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 oz parsley root
1 tsp black pepper
4 cups water
1tbs vegetable oil

Allright lets get started!

Coat meat with 5 spice seasoning and ovaltine by rubbing into the meat until fully covered, let sit for 20-45 min. blend garlic, parsley, pepper until uniform. In a medium saucepan combine oil, bended parsley, garlic, pepper, add palm sugar (stir quickly allowing the meat to carmelize) over medium heat. Add meat and cook until done. Add boiled eggs allowing the mixture to fully coat eggs allow eggs to brown lightly. Add tofu. Then add water to mixture so it covers contents. Bring to boil, reduce heat, allow to simmer over low heat for 15-20 min. Taste regularly and add salt as desired. Let cool a bit and enjoy with rice!
