


Ingredients:
Broccoli (broken down into tiny florets)
cauliflower (broken down into tiny florets)
Leafy Green Lettuce (torn up into small pieces)
Ice Burg Lettuce (chopped irregularly)
Extra Sharp Cheddar (shredded)
Chicken Breast (cut into strips)
Two 9 Inch Flour tortillas (lightly butter on both sides)
CurrySimple Mango Stir Fry Sauce
Simple and easy to make:
Cut up and season your chicken breast with salt and pepper and start to stir fry. While the chicken cooks off the water in it cut and tear up your lettuces.
Once your chicken is 70% done pour in as little or as much CurrySimple Mango Stiry Fry Sauce, I used about 1/3 cup.
While that cooks down break up your broccoli and cauliflower into little florets.
Shred your cheese or if pre-shredded take it out and set it aside.
Assemble your salad and I tossed it with the chicken in it so the extra sauce also dressed the salad.
Then either rinse out the pan you just used or grab a new one and cook up the flour tortillas so they get just crispy. Cut into fourths and place them in the salad.
Then Eat!
