If you eat out a lot at Thai restaurants you probably will have tried this extreamly popular stir-fry dish. The Spicy Basil Chicken is a great combination of flavors and spices. It is actually really easy to make just by following the step by step instructions in the video below. We used the CurrySimple Thai Stir-Fry sauce as a base.

How Quick Can I CurrySimple Episode #1

New Cooking Video Series from CurrySimple.

Just how quick can you make meals with CurrySimple? In our new video series we create authentic Thai and Asian fusion style meals. The videos are raw, un-cut and never editted.

Chicken Coconut Soup (Tom Kha Gai)

The first episode of our new cooking series feature CurrySimple founder Mikey Moran (me) cooking a Thai chicken coconut soup in my mom's kitchen. I am using our coconut soup concentrate that is made in Thailand and loaded with lemongrass and other healthy Thai herbs. As you will notice in the video below I am not too familiar with cooking in my mom's kitchen so I was not exactly sure where everything was. It added to the fun of the video. It took just under 8 minutes to make the soup and less than that to slurp it up!

We are trying to reach our 2009 goal of 1,000 CurrySimple Facebook Fans. We are currently at 818 fans and have added almost 200 in just the past month. Facebook itself has just crossed the 350,000 userers mark. WOW! If we only had 1% of that as customers...lol Become a fan!

Thai Iced Tea Recipe

CurrySimple's Thai Tea How-To video is currently the #1 most watched Thai iced tea video on YouTube. It is a VERY BASIC video and was actually the first one we made showing how easy CurrySimple's Thai food products are. Sit back... relax... and enjoy a cold one... cold Thai iced tea that is..!

Well the holidays are here again! Oh what to buy for presents this year? How about... CurrySimple!!!

This is just one of our customer's feedback comments...

"I'm so glad I found CurrySimple!~ Not only have I given the products as gifts (which were truly appreciated), ordering the larger size has allowed me to have guests at the spur of the moment. The food is absolutely restaurant quality, [...] and I really like dealing with a small company that is most obviously customer-oriented. These folks have a customer for life!"

Our Thai food products are so easy to make so you don't have to worry about the recipient not being able to prepare them.
